“ POSITIVE METHODS TO STRENGHTHEN THE DOG/HUMAN RELATIONSHIP"
Here at Fan-Z That, I use positive methods to build a strong relationship between dog and owner. I believe “training” should be fun. In order for a dog to listen to the owner there has to be trust and respect between dog and owner. This can be achieved by confidence building and playing games. Kind of like how in grade school we learn silly songs to remember things, playing games with our dogs helps build a foundation to basic obedience. And dogs have fun while doing it. I prefer to not use the term “ dog training” it is more like “owner training”. I guide the owner though situations and help the owner better understand what and why their dog is acting the way they are. I also help owners understand their dogs body language. This is key to correct many behavioral issues. Dog language is very different to human langue, we as dog owner need to understand this. Every dog is different, there is no one way to teach every dog. This is why my sessions are tailored to each dog and owner as an individual. It is also very important for owners to keep up with the teaching in every day life.
